Our Quality Care Starts at the Top

The CEO/President of Grace Compassion Home Health Agency is a Board Certified Nurse Executive and a Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN), with a triple Master’s degree (MSN/MBA/MHCM), and is in the process of completing her Doctorate degree.  She has worked in both traditional hospital and home health care settings for several years, supervising and managing staff in a 600 bed facility. She has great passion for exceptional clinical care, education and personalized service.  Both she and her staff are committed to continuing education and training in order to provide the highest quality of comprehensive multidisciplinary care to every patient.  At Grace Compassion Home Health, they are passionate about making a positive difference in the home care of their patients every day.

Dedicated, Reliable Professionals

Each one of our certified nursing and therapeutic staff members are thoroughly screened via criminal reference checks, state mandated certification checks, personality evaluations and licensure reviews before they are hired. In addition, we look for employees who are willing to go the extra mile in making sure each patient’s needs are met.  We also encourage our staff to attend continuing education programs on an annual basis.

After meeting with the patient and their family, we carefully select the best caregiver to meet their needs and personality over the course of their treatment and rehabilitation, thereby reducing confusion, and establishing consistency throughout the relationship.
